Why we created this

We know that stepping into leadership — especially at the beginning — takes a rare combination of humility, courage, and vision. Often, it also takes guidance, support, and community. The cost of world-class leadership development should not be what stands between a young leader and the tools they need.

This scholarship exists to change that.

What you receive

Young leaders under 30 receive a 75% discount — accessing the full City Leaders Program for just £1,500 instead of the standard £6,000.

You join the same cohort as all other participants — mayors, educators, community builders, and innovators from around the world. The scholarship changes the cost, not the experience.

Who this is for

This scholarship is for young leaders who feel called to lead with integrity, with heart, and with a vision for real change — not those seeking certificates for a CV.
