A commitment to access, equity, and shared responsibility
We understand that our world is not equal — not yet. Economic disparity across regions, particularly in the Global South, means that the barriers to participation are not always about willingness or capability. They are about access. We believe that transformational leadership tools should transcend geographic and economic barriers.
The Equity-Based Tuition Adjustment exists to make that possible.
Eligible applicants receive a discount of 30%, 40%, or 50% off the standard £6,000 tuition fee, assessed individually based on context, need, and leadership intent.
Important: If you can afford the full tuition, please do not apply for this adjustment. Each unnecessary application removes access from someone with genuine need. We trust you to honour this.
Only 100 equity-based adjustments are available per cohort. Applications are reviewed individually and allocations are not guaranteed.
