Equity-Based
Scholarship
A commitment to access, equity, and
shared responsibility
We understand that our world is not equal, not yet.
There are parts of the world where currencies hold significantly less value in relation to the pound, the dollar, or the yen. We also know that many regions, especially in the Global South, have been historically underserved and are still navigating the lasting impacts of colonisation, economic imbalance, and global inequity.

At the same time, we see courageous leaders rising in every corner of the world. And we believe that access to the tools, knowledge, and networks that support transformation should not be determined by geographic or economic privilege.
Why we offer this
We’re committed to being an organisation that truly lives our values. That means not just acknowledging injustice, but actively working to dismantle it, including in how we can offer access to our leadership development programs.

The Equity-Based Tuition Adjustment allows eligible applicants to receive 30%, 40%, or 50% off the standard £6,000 tuition fee.

This is for leaders whose personal or regional financial circumstances create a genuine barrier to access. It is available regardless of where you are from, but we ask that you apply with deep responsibility and integrity.
If you can afford the full tuition, please do not apply for this.

Every unnecessary application takes a space from another leader who truly cannot access this without our support. Your choice is part of your leadership.
Who this is for
This offering is for you if:

  • You are from a region where currency conversion or economic disparity creates a barrier to access.
  • Your current personal circumstances make full tuition inaccessible.
  • You are committed to becoming the kind of leader the world needs, one who leads with care, courage, and vision.
There are only 100 equity-based tuition adjustments available in this cohort. We consider each application carefully, based on your context, your leadership intent, and your honesty.

This is not charity — this is equity.
This is not a favour — this is a shared commitment to a future where all life can flourish.

If this speaks to you, we invite you to share your story with us.
