What is the Global Mayors Academy

The Global Mayors Academy is a seven-month leadership program designed to support both personal transformation and systemic change.

It blends world-class training, experiential learning through on-the-ground projects, and a vibrant community of peers and experts — culminating in an in-person graduation, learning, and networking experience in Switzerland.

Participants leave better equipped to lead themselves, their teams, and their cities — and to contribute to a more regenerative future for all.
