We look forward to welcoming you to the program. If, however, you need to cancel your enrolment for any reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Cancellation and refundsUntil 14 days before the first live session:
full refund, minus payment processing fees (see below).
From 14 days before the first live session up until the program begins:
partial refund: 50%, minus payment processing fees.
After the first live session:
no refunds.
Extraordinary CircumstancesIn extraordinary circumstances, participants may apply for a partial refund after the program has begun.
Please note:
- Such refunds are not guaranteed
- Approval is entirely at our discretion
- Submission of a request does not create an entitlement or right to a refund
Examples of extraordinary circumstances may include serious medical issues or other significant, unforeseen life events. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing FeesAll refunds are issued minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. These fees are not retained by us and cannot be recovered once a transaction has been processed.
In addition, any banking, currency conversion, or fund transfer fees incurred in returning the payment to you will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Payment processing and transfer fees typically range from approximately 3–4%, depending on payment method, location, and financial institution.
How to Request a Refund or DeferralAll refund or deferral requests must be submitted in writing.
