Pavel Luksha is a global systems thinker, futurist, and changemaker working at the intersection of regenerative economy, education, urban development, and social entrepreneurship. He is widely recognised for pioneering transformative approaches to learning ecosystems and nurturing the emerging discipline of social ecosystem weaving. As founder of Global Education Futures, he has convened global dialogues and coalitions focused on reimagining the future of education and human development.

Previously, Pavel served as Professor of Practice at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and collaborated with the Russian Agency for Strategic Initiatives, leading national projects on professional education and technological innovation. He also contributed to the development of foresight tools for global institutions, including the International Labour Organization. Now focused on global systems transformation, Pavel continues to serve as a thought leader and catalyst for deep change across regions and generations.

Through her leadership, she has guided more than a dozen large-scale projects that have collectively served people in over 400 cities worldwide.

Future Compass programme

Future Compass is a three‑day online intensive (12–14 December 2025, 15:00–18:00 CET) that provides a strategic framework for leaders navigating civilisational transition.

Across three sessions, participants map the collision between technological acceleration and planetary limits; explore interconnectedness and meet others through a “Planetary Council”; and synthesise conflicting signals into practical next steps.

The programme helps leaders recalibrate their goals to the processes shaping planetary transformation, develop personal navigation frameworks and move into an active, strategic position in their lives and work.
